Dealing with Teen Pressure

I believe that everyone has pressure and a little bit of pressure may not be a bad thing but how does one stay contented while under pressure?

While undergoing a lot of pressure during this period in my life, I have managed to stay happy most of the time. To feel contented, do your favorite activities. I like to surf the internet, and sometimes surf for long hours. That is when I momentarily forget all my problems. Stay happy!

Fortunately for me, too, my school culture is not “all work and no play!” So I get to do something that I really, truly like – filming and video-editing. I feel very empowered and derive an immense sense of satisfaction when given opportunities to initiate and coordinate several school programmes in this field. I especially like that we are allowed to explore, experiment and even share our skills with other students.

It is the nurturing aspect of the teachers from my school that helps us maintain a healthy balance between the inevitable academic pressure and the need to remain sane and cool.

Health is a concern for everyone. Exercise? Watch your diet? I do not think that those are effective enough. To be healthy, you must think of the causes of illness and take preventive measures. It is more effective this way.
